Air samples show whether a mould problem is contained or spreading through the building, and whether remediation has brought levels back to normal.
We compare indoor samples to an outdoor reference sample, which is the most useful way to tell whether indoor levels are elevated. During remediation we sample outside the containment to confirm it is holding, and at the end of the job we take clearance samples before the area is reopened.
Results are reported by spore type with a plain-language summary of what they mean for the building and its occupants.
